Cuvée Chaberts white 2022
Comment : very confidential, this white composed of an atypical part of Sémillon (40%) in addition to the Rolle promises a lively and brilliant color. Expressive, the nose seduces with its subtle scents of sweet clover, star fruit and bergamot. Beautifully full and pleasantly persistent, marked by delicious notes of exotic fruits and candied citrus fruits, the palate also demonstrates harmony and relief.
Cuvée Prestige Rosé 2019
Robert Parker wine advocate 2020
89/100
A certified organic blend of Grenache and Cinsault, the 2019 Coteaux Varois Rosé Cuvée Prestige offers a hefty, flavorful mouthful of rosé. It’s relatively light in hue but full-bodied in the mouth, giving up cremy notes of cherries, melon and citrus that linger on the finish. It’s not as light and refreshing as many of the wines in this report, but it would pair brilliantly with red meats off the grill on a hot summer night.

Cuvée Prestige Rouge 2017
Guide DVE des vins – 91/100
Very deep garnet color with nuances on black cherry, limpid and brilliant, with multiple legs on the disc. Expressive and engaging nose that exudes aromas of ripe or even jammy red and black fruits (raspberries, cherries, blackberries and blackcurrant) with aromas of liquorice stick as well as a Mediterranean accent of spices and “garrigue”. The aeration is enriched with notes of aging with fragrances of cocoa bean, coffee, blond tobacco and a note of salting (smoked meat). Beautiful young, full and pulpy palate, the attack is full-bodied, fleshy, and greedy with its juicy fruits which are intensely expressed. As it evolves, this wine is more powerful and full-bodied, with generous fruity flesh that coats the tannic structure that is still present. The whole remains very harmonious and well-linked with fairly persistent notes of liquorice, spices and maturing. Please note this wine is still very young and will improve further over time.
Cuvée Chaberts Rosé 2020
Le Guide Hachette des vins 2022
2 stars
Blended from Grenache (82%) and Cinsault, this cuvée expresses itself without reserve on exotic fruits, white peach and citrus fruits (mandarin, pomelo). This aromatic richness complemented by notes of coriander and spices lingers in a generous mouth without lacking freshness, enhanced by a touch of bitter orange on the finish. A devilishly fond rosé, shaped for the aperitif.

CUVÉE PRESTIGE Rosé
Eye: bright pink marble.
Nose: notes of white lilac, rose and passion fruit.
Palate: fullness for this tender and powerful wine at the same time. Aromatic persistence and fleshy finish.
Pairing: try with a foie gras terrine with fruit chutney, the best of the entente cordiale between French and British gastronomy.
